*By checking Yes to the checkbox on any of our Get a Quote forms, the user acknowledges that the information provided is accurate to the best of his/her knowledge and that the consumer would like to proceed with a quote on the manufactured home. The consumer is requesting NMHIC Corp. to evaluate his/her information and to engage in working with its various carriers in order to provide that consumer with an insurance quote. The consumer also acknowledges that its Manufactured Home is a new purchase or has not had a lapse in coverage for more than one month. If a lapse in coverage has been greater than one month, the consumer must proceed by calling 800.388.6780 to discuss this matter with a licensed agent. NMHIC Corp. will only use the provided information for the necessity to comply with its various carriers for the purpose of a quote.
